Employee Health Insurance
All full-time employees are offered competitive medical, vision and dental insurance coverage options. Hawthorne pays 90% of the cost of the plan.
All full-time, salaried Hawthorne employees are offered the opportunity to participate in the firm’s 401(k). Employees may elect to contribute to the plan; the company makes an automatic contribution for each employee.
Holiday Pay and Vacation
Hawthorne observes paid holidays each year. On top of that, all team members are eligible for competitive vacation leave benefits.
Professional Development and Technology Support
Employees are reimbursed up to $2,000 for professional development opportunities and technology support.
Full-time employees who are unable to work due to illness, pregnancy or injury are eligible for short-term disability compensation.
All full-time and part-time employees accrue sick leave from the date of hire. Sick leave may be used for an employee’s personal illness, well-care, and medical and dental appointments.
