In the over three years Hawthorne has supported the Women's Business Development Center (WBDC), we've been blessed to form great relationships with journalists that truly understand the organization's impact. One of those individuals is Francine Knowles, a columnist for the Daily Southtown.
Francine regularly features entrepreneurs and leaders in Chicago's south suburbs and we were thrilled to work with her this month on a story highlighting the WBDC and two of their outstanding partners: Stephanie Luster and Rochelle Kemp. Stephanie and Rochelle will join a panel this week at the InspireHER event, hosted by the Illinois Small Business Development Center at the WBDC.
The event, which is part of Women's Small Business Month, will be held at Rochelle's Flavor Restaurant in Richton Park and will offer stories to inspire others to chase their dreams.
